Provide guidance and assistance to the applications users and support teams on all aspects of application deployment, training and support, including o Installation o Configuration o Super user training o End user training o First and second tier support/troubleshootingĭevelop software code that conforms to IS&T standards for quality and conformityĪssist with supporting payroll time systems and tax systems Work with other developers and business analysts to develop and write applications systems and programsĭevelop documentation and help in partnerships with Business Analysts Provide clear, consistent, regular communication to the payroll business Responsible for working with sysadmins and DBA on analyzing/applying HR/Payroll and KBX Patches to development and Prod Environments Support development work for Oracle EBS R12 Payroll Manage third party feeds and interfaces from/to Oracle EBS R12 HR/Payroll Ongoing day to day production user support for Oracle EBS R12 HR/Payroll Strong Analysis Skills, including ability to quickly learn and apply system related functions Proficient at Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint Technical Support: Ensures assigned applications function as designed and are available to users during business hoursĮnsures production issues are addressed in a timely mannerĮnsures compliance to the Brooks Brothers Project Life Cycle and PCI/Security Standardsģ+ years software analysis and solutions development in a variety of environments with increasing levels of responsibilityĮxposure to SuccessFactors, ADP or other HR/Payroll Applications not required but preferred Systems Application/Software Processing: Partner with Brooks Brothers business users, IT Project Management, and other team members to identify areas for process and software improvementsĪctive member of a project team responsible from the design phase through the implementation of solutionsĪctive team member who works with the project team and business to transfer knowledge and ensures systems are successfully implemented within the appropriate time linesĮnsures clear and accurate communications/status reports are distributed in a timely manner Strong numbers acumen, including outstanding analytical and quantitative abilities Significant large-scale project management experience, including project planning/scoping, budget management, reporting, and resource management as well as the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels A bachelor's degree and approximately 8 - 12 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experienceĪ minimum of 7 years of experience in sourcing, payroll process improvement advisory, shared service center design and administration, and vendor transitionsĮxperience handling multiple large global or multi-national projectsĪbility to lead client discussions and collaborate with clients, identify engagement opportunities, and have a strong desire to excelĭemonstrated global payroll consulting experience and proven knowledge of leading technology vendors in the marketplace, such as ADP, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Workday, Meta4, Infor and other major technology solutions (of particular interest in SAP and PeopleSoft payroll modules including reports, controls and associated process design)
